Consultation
When you get in touch with us, we will first come and visit your site and have a consultation with you. Our consultation and quotes are free and are to access the site and be able to tailor your project. We will talk to you about how you plan to use the room, look at your garden space, and choose the best location. This information will help us to tailor the design of the garden room just for you.
Design
After our first visit we will do a CAD design to generate a basic drawing of your project. In our consultation, we decide with you the type of doors you prefer, the position of the windows, the number of power sockets and the lighting configuration. These will be included in your drawing and if you want to make any amendments then you can, having control over the design is one of the ways we are different to any straight out of the box builds. Then we will send you your official quote, making sure there is full transparency. There are no hidden costs, and we pride ourselves on our honest and clear communication with our clients every step of the way.
Build
We have a small team of skilled tradesmen that handles every aspect of your bespoke build. We deal with all the preparation, and then hand-build your garden room on site. Depending on the size the build can take between three to five weeks, with no intrusion into your home. Createspace can give you a complete turnkey service, from conception to completion, including decorating and connecting utilities to the main house.

THE INTERIOR
Createspace believes in providing a complete service to our customers. This includes the plastering and decorating of your garden room, plus lighting fixtures. After the walls have been plastered you can choose the colours and design, then we provide the service.
THE INSULATION
Comfortably using your garden room year around comes down to effective insulation. We ensure that this vital part of the construction is taken care of during the build, including the walls, roof and floor. We carefully consider energy efficiency and environmental concerns in our insulation and only use quality modern thermal efficient materials. This insulates our rooms to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter, leaving you to enjoy your new garden room no matter the weather.
THE CLADDING
The cladding to the outside of your garden room will set the tone and look of your garden room. At Createspace we have a wide variety of materials to choose from, which will impact not only the appearance but also the durability of the build. These range from beautiful premium timber like Canadian western red cedar, to versatile composites and industrial style metal.
THE ROOF
With a variety of finishes available for your garden room, we can advise what will work best with your room and the way that you will utilise the space. Using high-quality materials will guarantee longevity and that you will be able to enjoy your room for years to come.
THE BUILD
Createspace values you, the customer, and wants the process to be as pain-free as possible. Once the design is finalised, your garden room will be hand-built on site. Depending on the size of the build, it takes between three and five weeks. Great honest communication is part of our values at Createspace, and we pride ourselves that the construction of your garden room will not be disruptive.
