Once you have received the design you can request changes, having complete control over your unique garden room.
4. Agree start date and book in the work.
Once you are happy with your room design we can agree when to start the wrok.
5. Work takes place.

6. Keys are handed over.

Why have garden annexes?

MOST GARDEN ANNEXES UNDER 2.5M HIGH IN BRIGHTON DO NOT NEED PLANNING PERMISSION

To be considered “permitted development”, and not require planning permission, the garden annexe needs to be:

  • Placed less than 2m from the boundary of the property
