“Luke was our first choice after looking at a number of garden room companies. He was open and honest from the start and always ready and willing to answer any questions we had.
He was also willing to tailor the build to our budget and slightly awkward space that we had earmarked for it in as much as we didn’t want bifold doors. I also really liked his cladding choice especially as it requires zero maintenance!
He and the team were also flexible in the approach to the design of our room. He explained the details and processes/techniques involved. The team were great, with the added bonus of a former building inspector/timber framing expert on board, that gave us real peace of mind.
The room looks great! Finished to a very high standard, very warm and just a joy to be in.
All the trades used in the build were first class and very friendly/polite. The electrical fittings are all great quality and the plaster is finished to a standard I’ve never seen before! It’s so smooth.
All in all it was a very good experience and I’d happily recommend Createspace to anyone looking for a bespoke garden room.”
