With our bespoke garden rooms, we build them from scratch on-site, and it can take between 3-5 weeks depending on size.
Most rooms will not require planning permission as they fall under Permitted Development rights. However, if you are unsure, you should seek guidance from your Local Planning Authority. Learn more.
We know that it can be hard to visualise, so as part of our free consultation service we provide a CAD drawing of your bespoke design for you to see.
All of the garden rooms at Createspace are made bespoke, unique to you and your needs. So of course we can help you get the best size to fit your space and requirements.
We know that for the functionality of a garden room, having the internet is often important. So we will help you get it set up and can run a CAT cable from the main house to your garden room.
Yes! We ensure that all of our bespoke garden rooms are fully insulated and that you will be comfortable year-round.
Depending on the area that you want to build your garden room, we have various methods in order to build on a slope. Talk to us when you call for your individual consultation and we can discuss your bespoke garden room with you.

The build stage of the process is done on-site and depending on the site can take between 3-5 weeks. We offer a complete turnkey service, which means that when we leave your new garden room will be ready for you to enjoy straight away.
